HeatTrack manufactures a line of heated walkway and stair mats used to melt snow to reduce slips and falls in the workplace. The mats are made of natural rubber, melt 2 inches of snow per hour and use 40 watts of energy per square foot. Paragon Controls introduces the Guardian Space pressure monitor and alarm system, a device that uses microprocessor technology to ensure an accurate pressure measurement. The device has a graphic display that shows room-pressure configuration and the placement of the alarm system. When the device senses an intrusion, an audible alarm will sound.
