Communication System Surface Mount Accessory
Talk-A-Phone’s Card Reader Surface Mount accessory is designed to combine emergency communications equipment with access control. The unit includes a hinged panel for easy installation and an acrylic adapter to magnetically isolate the card reader for enhanced read range. The ETP-SMCR Card Reader system is ideal for drive-up or walk-up applications including building access control and garage or parking lot entries. Like various Talk-A-Phone products, the Card Reader Surface Mount can be mounted to a wall, on a pole, or to a gooseneck pedestal for stand-alone applications.
Ultra-Short Throw Multimedia Projector
Canon U.S.A. introduced the LV-8235 Ultra-Short Throw Multimedia Projector, designed to project an 80-inch picture from a distance of only 1.04 feet. The system can sit on a table or be mounted horizontally or vertically on a wall, ceiling or floor for multiple applications, including educational presentations and others. With brightness raging up to 2500 lumens and a maximum display size of 110 inches, the LV-8235 UST delivers crisp imagery, which eliminates cropping or distortion when presenting. The projector can use either normal 2D display or stereoscopic 3D display.
Lightweight Vinyl Flooring
Mipolam Symbioz from Gerflor is a homogenous sheet vinyl floor covering suited for heavy foot traffic areas and contains more than 75 percent renewable raw materials with a bio-based plasticizer made from grain residues like wheat and corn. Its composition is designed to give way to 40 times lower VOC emissions set by European environmental standards and comes with a new patented micro structured, cross coat polymer surface treatment called Evercare.

A solar-powered, automated Radio Frequency Identification system with integrated hardware and software, the system is ideal for managing and monitoring bike commuting. Its RFI systems identify eligible automobiles for single-occupancy drivers who pay for the privilege of using high occupancy vehicle lanes on highways.

It is designed for sustainability and structural integrity, according to the company. Metal components are engineered using high-tensile-strength steel and meet or exceed all industry test standards, according to the company. The self-rising, gravity lift seat design is maintenance free. According to the company, the engineered copolymer seat, back and arm coverings are durable, attractive, and easy to clean.
Gypsum Board
The AirRenew gypsum board by Certain Teed was designed to help improve indoor air quality. The product captures harmful volatile organic compounds and converts them into safe, inert compounds that remain within the board for up to 75 years. Featuring M2Tech technology, AirRenew is also engineered to provide enhanced protection against moisture and mold. It can be finished with water-based acrylic and epoxy paints or breathable wallpaper, and can ultimately be recycled just as a regular gypsum board.

Wire Management
Legrand released the Wiremold Evolution Series Floor Box, offering high capacity for communication, audio and video power. Designed for various types of flooring, the Evolution series is available in 6-gang, 8-gang, and 10-gang configurations for standard, on-grade and fire-classified applications. Each floor box cover features an egress door system that locks into position when the box is open but automatically closes around cables when the cover is shut. The cover swings open 180 degrees to provide easier access and guard against damage or trip hazards, according to the company.
