Da-Lite Screen Co., a Warsaw, Ind.-based producer of projection screens and systems, announced the promotion of Rachael Conley to the newly created position of director of social media. She will lead marketing efforts on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.


Texas-based architectural and engineering firm SHW Group announced the appointment of Matthew Kelty, AIA, as a project architect.
Ric Mangum, AIA, joins HMC Architects of Ontario, Calif., as the firm’s regional management principal for Northern California. Powers, AIA, as director of development for its Hudson Valley and Long Island markets. He currently leads the firm’s expansion on Long Island from a recently opened office in Melville, N.Y.
