NEWBURYPORT, Mass. — Functional design meets community spirit in the new Bresnahan Elementary School. HMFH Architects, Inc., in conjunction with CTA Construction, meshed effective planning with elements of Newburyport’s heritage to design a school that will meet many of the community’s needs.
